As you work in Microsoft 365, it's simple to share your documents.
Creating a Sharable Link
- Click on the share icon next to the file
- For people within your team change the default access from 'People you specify can view' to People with existing access
- Select People with existing access
- Add name, group or email then send a link via email or copy it
- If the end user is not in your team then select Specific people
- Optionally allow editing.
Alternatively you can select the file, open options, then Copy Link
Share outside Seeing Machines
- File sharing is allowed with pre-approved whitelisted partners. If not done already please send a request to helpdesk to whitelist the external domain. Publicly available email services such as hotmail.com or gmail.com will not be accepted.
- Once the domain name (business.com) is whitelisted, you may use Specific people option to share the document
- Add name, group or email and then send a link via email or copy it to use other means to share
- Optionally allow editing.
